BNSF engines 2880/GP39M, built 12/1964, slug 333/GP60B, built 7/1991 and 2291/GP38-2, built 8/1974, stationary and idling at the head of a 74 car train, one mile S of Sumas, WA.  After an overcast rainy day, I was rewarded with a beautiful sunset on the right of way. This picture taken just E of the X'ing on HWY 9.

A classic shot of the 3 engine/74 car train parked on 'the curve' S of Sumas, WA. Thirty-five of the cars on this train carried loads of urban refuse from Canada bound for Oregon.
