BNSF engine 2091/GP38-2, built 11/1974, parked and silent at the northern edge of the Sumas Industrial Park, with a long consist of cars from the Pacific Rim Reload Service.  This picture taken from just north of the X'ing of the Sumas-Lynden spur and Bob Mitchell Ave., 1/4 mile S of the International Boundary and 1/4 mile W of Cherry St. Sumas, WA.
