BNSF switchers 2281/GP38-2, built 7/1974 and 2723/GP39-2, built 4/1981, as bookends, with a three car consist on the Sumas Industrial Park spur. This picture taken from Johnson Ave., N of Front St., Sumas, WA. Earlier there was lots of fog which is still evident. The stacked lumber on the left is at Teal Jones Lumber Services Inc.
