BNSF engines 2091/GP38-2, built 11/1974 and 2000/GP 38-2, built 7/1967, idling and stationary at the International Boundary.  The white building to the right of the engines is in Canada. This picture taken on the X'ing on Garfield St., W of Cherry St., Sumas, WA.  On the right is visible, at the end of a string of BNSF 3 Bay Hoppers, the 72' Mechanical Refrigerated Boxcar CRYX 5818, highlighted in my post from 15 Nov 2015
